Detailed Product Description

1. Recycle device is consist of upper box and lower box.
2. Compressed air will seal the joint between upper box and lower box. The lower box is easy to move and replace when there is no compressed air.
3. Recycle fan locates in the upper box. Equipment noise is lower than 85dB wich is Chinese Standard.
4. Recycle system use two sets of filter devices (filter elements and final filter). Exhausting air is less than 10mg/m³ (standard of China).
5. Filter element is made of antistatic polyester waterproof material, and installed in the lower box.
6. Filter element will be cleaned by reverse blow self-cleaning device in the recycle system  efficiently.
7. Reverse blow devices blow one after another automatically with the pulse membrane valve.
8. powder blow out of the filter elements will be collected and pump into a powder screen, after screening, powder will return back to powder supply bucket and mix with new powder for reusing. the whole recycle system is a close circuit.
9. After each shift, switch off recycle fan, blow each filter several times to make sure powder on elements cleaned.
